Job Title:  International Recruitment Coordinator

FLSA Status:  Non Exempt

Department:  Global Outreach        

Position Summary: Responsible for full sales cycle and tracking of  IMGA Global Ambassador leads, while cultivating and building strategic relationships with current and new ambassadors in new international markets.   The IMGA global ambassador program consists of key individuals and agencies throughout the world that assist in driving business via their personal and industry contacts to IMGA. Ambassadors consist of coaches, sports companies, camp referral websites, travel agencies and educational consultants.


Position Responsibilities

  • Sell and manage full pipeline of IMGA weekly & multi week sports camps across all divisions
  • Meet and exceed personal sales quotas set by management
  • Actively recruit new ambassadors in key global markets through online recruitment, on-site events or FAM tours, and active outreach.
  • Develop/Conduct virtual and on-site training for ambassadors to ensure proper sales and representation of IMG Academy programs and core values.
  • Develop and deliver regular communication updates, newsletters, and other materials that engage the ambassador network.
  • Prospect for new business leads.
  • Track the source of lead generation and identify new opportunities across other sports or regions
  • Utilize Microsoft CRM system to track full cycle of the sale
  • Deliver on-campus tours of clients and/or global ambassadors
  • Meet a daily and weekly minimum of outbound sales calls, activities, etc.
  • Organize and facilitate group trip sales through ambassadors.
  • Report to Head of Global Ambassadors and update sales metrics weekly
  • Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contracts with brand ambassadors
  • Identify and resolve client concerns
  • Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of IMGA promotional materials to brand ambassadors, clinics, and events
  • General knowledge of all IMGA sports and programs
  • All duties relating to account management of IMGA brand ambassadors
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes
  • Other duties as assigned


Knowledge, Skills and Ability 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management, Business, Sales or related field
  • Strong decision making, negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Experience in dealing with international clientele
  • Proficiency with MS Office and database creation/management
  • Experience with budgets and expense oversight
  • Ability to create and execute marketing plans
  • Expert attention to detail
  • Desire to work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Master’s degree
  • Bi-Lingual

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Ability to lift, move, push and pull equipment or boxes in excess of 40lbs.
  • Should be able to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time.
  • Must be able to move around campus which includes gym, turf, fields, etc.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays is required
