Responsibilities

Position Summary: 

IMG Academy is searching for someone who can utilize customer data to maximize communications during the customer’s life cycle. Utilizing available tools through Marketo and CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), the consumer engagement marketing manager creates and executes a strategic communication plan to drive leads, registrations and applications for new customers and retain current customers.

 

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead integration of Marketo into overall marketing plan
  • Create and execute personalized multi-product nurture, operational and manual email plans for prospective and current customers
  • Liaise with sales and sales operations teams to implement, refine and track lead scoring system
  • Liaise with digital marketing and content marketing teams to utilize site personalization functionality
  • Establish, track and report key success metrics to consistently tweak and improve strategy
  • Continue to refine data segments to gain more insights and allow for greater personalization
  • Audit and implement best practices for all communications that reach the customer
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Ability 

  • Minimum three years of experience in consumer engagement, loyalty, email marketing or related discipline
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related discipline
  • Experience with automated email marketing tools, preferably Marketo
  • Experience with CRM data use, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
  • Proven history of analytics measurement and analyzing/utilizing data
  • Strong writing (creative and grammatically correct) skill preferred
  • Ability to project manage and balance multiple projects at a time

Preferred Skills

  • Master’s degree in marketing, sports marketing, communications or related field
  • Interest in sports
  • Bilingual

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • The role will occasionally require extended and weekend hours during peak seasons
  • The role may require lifting, moving, pushing or pulling equipment or boxes in excess of 40lbs
  • Should be able to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time
  • Must be able to move around campus, which includes gym, turf, fields, etc.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays is required
