    Responsibilities

    Position Summary: 

    IMG Academy is searching for someone who is on the cutting edge of digital marketing to lead our domestic and international digital media marketing efforts. This person is someone who takes a data-driven approach to driving a demonstrated return on investment in SEO, SEM, programmatic, social advertising, in-app advertising and more.

     

    Position Responsibilities

    • Oversee domestic SEO and digital media agency, as well as digital media agencies in China, Japan, Mexico and potentially other emerging markets for campaign strategy, execution and measurement
    • Maintain full understanding of products and business trends and communicate to agencies any adjustments that should be made to positively impact the business
    • Work with marketing director on strategy, campaign flighting, budget allocation and reporting
    • Liaise with other marketing team members for campaign tasks, including SEO modifications/implementations, content development, creative needs and more
    • Establish consistent reporting structure to roll out across all markets/campaigns that the agencies will maintain
    • Partner with business analytics resources to ensure proper tagging and tracking elements are
    • Keep IMG Academy at the forefront of digital media marketing with advanced tactics and demonstrated results

    Qualifications

     

    Knowledge, Skills and Ability 

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Comprehension of digital media marketing strategy
    • Strong project and agency manager, with a minimum two-plus years of experience
    • Preferably some experience in international marketing
    • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
    • Solid understanding of SEO and digital media marketing strategies, including emerging trends and attribution models
    • Google Analytics proficiency
    • UTM code tracking experience
    • Conversion optimization and an end-to-end comprehension of digital marketing to website, lead acquisition to CRM, automated marketing to conversion and utilization of content marketing.

    Preferred Skills

    • Master’s degree in marketing, sports marketing, communications or related field
    • Interest in sports
    • Bilingual

    Physical Demands and Work Environment

    • The role will occasionally require extended and weekend hours during peak seasons
    • The role may require lifting, moving, pushing or pulling equipment or boxes in excess of 40lbs
    • Should be able to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time
    • Must be able to move around campus, which includes gym, turf, fields, etc.
    • Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays is required
