    Responsibilities

    Job Title:  Operator

    FLSA Status:  Non-Exempt

    Department:  Outreach

    Position Summary:  Provide excellent guest service with impeccable attention to detail.  This individual will be responsible for assisting guests by email and phone.

     

    Position Responsibilities

    • Complete guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
    • Demonstrate high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with guests, staff and management team while delivering the highest level of guest service
    • Provide general knowledge of Academy’s offerings
    • Answer Academy general phone line and provide proper guest service to each guest
    • Maintain Academy general e-mail, responding in a timely, appropriate and professional manner
    • Communicate with appropriate staff for various guest needs
    • Schedules campus tours
    • Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance
    • Check IMG voicemails daily and respond in a timely fashion
    • Mail out all requested brochures
    • Run daily reports for calls/sales numbers
    • Assist with other Enrollment Office responsibilities when needed
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Knowledge, Skills and Ability 

    • Associates degree or equivalent experience
    • Comprehensive understanding and working knowledge reservation or booking appointments
    • Excellent customer service skills  
    • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
    • Demonstrated problem solving skills and good judgment
    • Dependable, honest and exhibit a high degree of integrity
    • Needs to be flexible to respond to change in task/responsibilities
    • Ability to maintain confidential information
    • Willingness and desire to work in a team environment with limited supervision
    • Be well-groomed, well presented, courteous, and welcoming commensurate with 5-Star hotel/resort business
    • Computer skills with the ability to learn new programs

    Preferred Skills

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Bilingual

    Physical Demands and Work Environment

    • Ability to lift, move, push and pull equipment or boxes in excess of 40lbs.
    • Must be able to move around campus which includes gym, turf, fields, etc.
    • Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays is required
