    Responsibilities

    Job Title:  Seasonal Records Associate (Spring, Summer)

    FLSA Status:  Non Exempt

    Department:  Guest Services

    Position Summary:  Responsible for form processing and imaging for the IMG Academy summer camp programs. 

     

    PAY:  $10 PER HOUR/40 HOURS PER WEEK

     

    Position Responsibilities

    • Effectively communicate and provide excellent customer service to each guest upon registration
    • Effective communicate to each Academy guest upon arrival what is required to participate in the programs
    • Process and image incoming forms and inform guest of receipt
    • Communicate to guest any missing documents or forms
    • Communicate to guest any issues with the processing of the forms
    • Manage and maintain forms e-mail and voicemail account
    • Provide efficient and courteous service to each Academy guest
    • Assist with missing forms during check in process
    • Act as a secondary agent for guest requiring assistance
    • Act as a secondary back up to the phone operator and Guest Services’ desk staff
    • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Knowledge, Skills and Ability 

    • 1 year of progressive work experience
    • Customer Service experience
    • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
    • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects
    • Ability to multi task in a fast-paced organization
    • A superior work ethic
    • Desire to work collaboratively with colleagues
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

     

    Preferred Skills

    • Master’s degree in Business, Sports Management or related field
    • Experience playing, coaching or managing youth sports
    • Bilingual

    Physical Demands and Work Environment

    • Ability to lift, move, push and pull equipment or boxes in excess of 40lbs.
    • Should be able to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time.
    • Must be able to move around campus which includes gym, turf, fields, etc.
    • Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays is required
